Movement & Character Program

Providing schools with an innovative movement and performance character program that supports whole child development.

The Athlos Movement and Character Program is research-based and designed to transform school culture and provide educators with resources to support each child’s social, emotional, and physical development. The program pairs a robust physical education curriculum with classroom and school-wide resources for movement and social-emotional development. Research demonstrates that movement and social, emotional skills are critical to a child’s health, learning, and success in life. By implementing this program, schools can intentionally address and develop the whole child.

The physical education curriculum included with this program is designed to help children ages 5-18 experience success in athletic movement. The curriculum acts as a framework that introduces new skills in a developmentally appropriate way and embeds opportunities for simultaneous social-emotional growth for students.
