After a user profile has been created, an administrator has the ability to create their caseload through the administrator’s portal. This can be done by navigating to the “Users”, “View Caseloads” page.
This will bring up a new page with the option to either “Create new caseload assignment” or to view existing caseloads by selecting the user’s caseload that you would like to see.
To create a new caseload assignment, select the blue button in the top left-hand corner labeled “Create new caseload assignment”. This button will bring you to a new page in which you will need to select the provider and all of the students that belong to that providers caseload.
Once complete, hit the blue “Create” button on the bottom to return back to the caseloads page. If you need to edit a caseload relationship, first select the user whose caseload you would like to edit then select the edit button to the far right of the student in the users caseload.
This edit button will bring you to a new page in which you can select a new provider, new student, or just delete the relationship all together. If you are editing, select the new student or user and then hit the blue “Save Changes” button. If you are deleting, select the red “Delete” button on the bottom of the screen.
